That naked guy was my cousin. And he had a mental break down. He doesn't know how he got to where he was, he doesn't remember why he got naked. 

The police picked him up and took him to the hospital. His drug tests are clean and he is now admitted himself into inpatient and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. It is so sad to see someone you care about mentally break and have to get real help. People took pictures of videos of him running around naked, making fun of him. And it's not funny, he wasn't in his sane mind. That's completely humiliating for him like why do people suck so much? I mean did nobody stop to think like is this guy fucking okay? Nobody called the police. My mother, who knew he was off kept calling him and asking him where he was so that she could call the police. He gave her an address over the phone and she googled it and called the police in that area to tell them what was going on. I feel so bad for him and people just suck:(
