Things to look for after baby falls?

My baby (4 months) fell off our couch today. It was less than 2 feet high, and she actually fell on her bottom onto carpet flooring- like at no point did she bump her head.
It was like slow motion but I couldn't move fast enough to help.
What should I look for in case I need to take her in? Her doctor had me assess her and reassured me she's okay- but if this ever happens again (omg I hope not ever 😭😭) what should I look out for?? Why aren't these things they tell you before you leave?!

After you check them over for any physical marks, it's mostly just monitoring behavior. If they're excessively lethargic, not eating well, vomiting or spitting up excessively, or otherwise not acting normal, then they need to get checked out.

In general, if they look fine and act fine, they're probably fine.

When my lil one fell off the bed they said to watch for inconsolable crying, bruising, lethargy, difficulty or different sounding breathing and if she couldn't move her limbs properly.

If she didn't hit her head and just fell on her bum she should be ok. Just watch for behavior changes
