I'm hungry but can't eat anything 😭😭

Last night we all went to a Mexican restraint, I of course got the supreme burrito with chicken & bunch of stuff on it, I took 2 bites & was full (I ate the chips and salsa) and I have my huge burrito left over that I'm trying to eat and every time I try to take a bite I start to gag.. nothing sounds good but I'm hungry .... 😭😭😭

I can no longer do fast food either, I tried salty foods , tried a couple of fruits but that's it.. idk what to do ..
