I need help. I just got it today. When do I need to start it? My next period is supposed to be in two weeks. The pack says take it the Sunday AFTER I start my period. So do I just wait until then to start it or start it now? Also, what is the stickers for?

Start the pack the first day of your period. The stickers say which day you started them on.. so say you start your period on a Wednesday, you put the sticker that starts with Wednesday at the top of the pack to make it easier to remember which day you're on if you forget easily

my doctor told me to start on the sunday after my period ends and i suggest you do start say one of your pack which is sunday
