Im not going to be having sex and im not currently on birth control, however, my periods are HORRIBLE. I want to just lighten them and I've heard some birth controls can help with that. What type should i get? (Not sure if this really matters, but im a teen) Is there any other ways to lighten priods that you guys know about? Thanks!
