READ BEFORE ANWSERING: Can you always tell when your period starts?

I don't mean you see blood because duh we all know by that but I mean those random moments when you feel it and your like oh shit I started, not just did I?
Idk I can always tell...I'm never confused and I'm just wondering if other girls do that too.

I never uses to. From about 12 to 24 it was very unpredictable and I was blind sided a lot. These last few years though its gotten very regular and suddenly its like I know about a few minuted before it happens. Its like a heavy feeling and I suddenly feel cold down there? I'll go to the bathroom, no blood but then pee, wipe, and blood! For me I think it's age. All I hope for now is early menopause

I just get this floaty feeling in my ovaries.
I don't know how to describe it. Like it almost tickles.
That and I get to emotionally a day before I start.

I can also tell when I'm ovulating too.

I usually cry uncontrollably or get extremely mad over dumb things right before my period starts. For example, if someone left the cap off the toothpaste, I'd most likely get mad then start crying 😂

Yup, I get brown discharge and I get cramps. I tend to sneeze in the morning (allergies) and if I feel something coming out I know af has choose her prey.
