So.. what happens now?

I'm 3 weeks postpartum and my fiance and I got a little carried away last night and ended up having sex. Before anyone comments, I know I was supposed to wait the 6 weeks, I'm awful 😩😫, I know but we got carried away in the moment and it happened, my question is what happens if you don't wait? And do I tell my OB that I had sex when I see her on my 6 weeks follow-up?
