3 negative tests & inconclusive & no period

Hey everyone- just thought I'd post on here coz I need something to pass the next couple of days while waiting...

I'm 7 days late (and counting) from period- I've had 3 negative urine tests and a inconclusive blood test. Dr is redoing the blood test on Monday.. I've had a few symptoms (fatigue, cramping etc) .. all signs are pointing towards a negative result- but miracles can happen right?

My concern is that it's unheard of for my period to ever be late, so I'm worried that something else might be going on.. any thoughts??
