I left my abusive ex a month after our daughter was born, got a restraining order and filed for custody. He has 7 months clean now and our baby will be 1 next sunday, the court has given him Friday or Saturday 3 hours supervised visits and 8 hours Sunday supervised visits. We go back to court June 30th and he's supposed to get an over night. He lives in a sober living, there's 3 rooms 2 dudes in each. I DO NOT want my daughter spending the night at a sober living with a bunch of guys I don't know and little to no clean time. June 30th is coming fast and I am so scared for my daughter. She's never been alone with her dad (never been away from me)and he just started trying to be a real dad when she was 10 months. Ugh. So my question is , in California can he be granted over nights in a sober living??? I don't even want her spending time there during the day. I don't feel that's a place for a baby. Please tell me anything you know about this situation. TYI.
