Haven't had my first appointment so I'm honestly not sure how far along I am...assuming I'm around 8 or 9 weeks. -I feel totally fine laying down, but as soon as I stood up this morning I almost screamed and wanted to cry! There is a very painful , maybe burning¿ sensation in my upper abdomen. Possible feels like a sunburn inside mixed with a gut punch. Anybody have this? Any remedies??

Also don't know if it means much, but as soon as this happened this morning I went pee and I had a bunch of watery discharge.
