whats a quick way to loose 15lbs!?
I am currently 128 and my pregnancy weight was 15lbs less. I am 1 year post partum and I really wanted to feel comfortable in my skin this summer. I am currently drinking a lot of home made vegan smoothies and trying to eat more vegtables. I also am working three jobs and go to school fulltime so its kinda hard to exersice.
