When I was TTC my doctor said once you get a postive OPK to BD 3 days in a row skip a day and try one more time. She said after you get a positive OPK you will ovulate in the next 12-36 hours and then the egg waits for fertilization for up to 24 hours. Also once you get a positive OPK you don't need to test again. The OPK just picks up the LH in your urine the stimulates ovulation. I would say have fun and BD! You aren't out yet!
