success stories with endometriosis

Hello ladies I'm wondering if any of you have endo and still was able to conceive of course with some help, I recently received a phone call that was very upsetting my doctor told me according to the ultrasound I might have it but it's not confirmed yet? And I'm so sacred that it could be bad ;( please share your story with me .
