wondering if there is pregnancy depression?

13w ftm and feel sad. Wondering if there is pregnancy depression. My life is good, I have a loving husband. I really have nothing to complain about. So why do I feel so down? I have had lots of pregnancy symptoms that have been uncomfortable but not unbearable. Am I the only one? I cry a lot over the stupidest things but really have nothing to cry over. Any ideas?

This reminds me of myself in my fisrt pregnancy and believe me i have regreted it so much especially when i look at my daughter how beautiful and lovely she is now, u r not depressed hun its just hormones, i used to think that i will lose my mind and i cant never go back to normal again. Everything changes in the second trimester if not then after baby is born ull laugh at urself believe me. Now am pregnant with my second one and trying to stay positive as it may be my last pregnancy, i feel sick all of the time but having people who love me and support me this much makes everything better. If u have a happy life a carrying husband and a healthy baby dont let those stupid hormons steal ur time of being happy and grateful. Consulting a professional is a good choice too if ur too concerned. Ur not alone trust me. Wish u the best

I opened the app because of how I'm feeling and I'm glad I'm not alone. I'm just so upset about not being able to do anything. I'm practically bed ridden with horrible all day sickness- even on diclegis. I miss having energy to do the simplest things like even laundry. I'm so bored of laying on the couch and in bed but I can't bear to do anything else.

I've been feeling very anxious and crying a bit over the last week. I'm 12 weeks and 6 days. I'm not sad-just overwhelmed if that makes sense. I'm going to talk to my OB about it on Tuesday.

I'm sorry not to have a definitive answer for you but i just want to let you know that you're not alone. I am 11 weeks and very, very sad all the time. No real reason to be, just am. Hormones? I don't know.
