Call the huggies phone number on the back of the pack and tell them what happened they'll ask you a few questions and 99% chance theyll send you a replacement coupon and a few more coupons. Might as well lol

There was a thing a while back about wipes. It's something they use to make them and while they try to make sure this doesn't happen they cannot inspect every wipe made.

Right. And it was only that they may be rough, chemically there was nothing wrong with them.

It was probably a year-year and a half ago when my family came across a few boxes like that as well as one of our friends. Can't remember what variation they were.
