Shortest period ever????? Help!!!?

So....today is day 4 of my period but I'm down to wearing panty liners....I've never had a period this short....ever...could it be stress?

It may have been the breaking of that extra part of yur vagina(?) It can happen during sex or even everyday activities that cause pressure on yur abs
