should I be worried about this?

I've had this mark on my inner thigh for about a year and a half, not too sure but just last night I felt a bump on it. Could it be cancer related, like a melanoma? Idk much about moles that appear out of nowhere..

As a person who has 93 moles on her body in all shapes and sizes, I can tell you that looks like a mole. When you get older you can grow moles. Or you're born with it. If you're concerned get it checked. But it's a solid color so it looks normal. If it changes colors then that's usually a reason to get them checked

Better to be safe than sorry, if you're worried about it get it checked!
But i think it looks benign. However I'm not a doctor, and you mentioned a bump, so it wouldn't hurt to mention it.
