Can vitex delay period?

Question

I started taking vitex on May 2nd which was CD23 for me. I'm taking 400mg 3x daily. Today is CD48 for me and still no AF 😒 My pregnancy tests have all come up negative too so it's not pregnancy unfortunately. My previous period cycle was 39 days and the time before that 32 days. Any insight is much appreciated 😕

Humm..some peple it works for some people not but it does take like 2 months for it to fully take effect.  I am irregular PCOS and i got a period after about 2 weeks of taking it

My experience if you have irregular cycles it will help but if you are already regular it can mess up your cycle
