I am on the pill (cyclfem) for about 5 months. Since having a d&c due to an IUD coming out. My cycle changed big time, from painful 5 days to a barley there 3 days. But this month my cycle is super painful and heavy. I was told I have pcos back in January and thought being on the pill would help some.
