copper IUD??

Question

Hello ladies, anyone have a copper iud or had one. I am looking for stories. Did it work? What where the pros and cons. Did you like it hate it? Everything. Did it change your sexual life?

Well, for me, it worked; it did its job. BUT I had it for about 8 months, constant cramping that prevented me from going about my day-to-day activities normally. I was constantly doped up on painkillers that didn't really help. I hated it! And for the time I had it, I just didn't wanna have sex at all. It lowered my sex drive and it was so uncomfortable and painful during sex I'd end up crying and my boyfriend would think it was him that hurt me. I don't reccomend it at all! I much prefer nexplanon implant!
