After 2 miscarriages I am so nervous. Today I am 3w3d (aunt flow due Wednesday) and some of my symptoms come and go. My boobs are sore on and off and itch and I'm tired one minute but ok the next. Last few days I have been a little nauseous but today... nothing. This morning I woke up to a mouth sore which I've never had before (google says its early preg. Symptom; praying it is) took a test this am and it's still positive. Is this normal? Im sooo nervous. Trying my hardest to stay calm.

Yes they can come and go . Some days I feel ok and some days I feel awful !

I had two miscarriages and I got pregnant two weeks after my second one. I'm 28w and I had symptoms off and on my WHOLE pregnancy I would have symptoms every couple of days and then other days I won't even feel pregnant. He's fine and healthy. Don't stress

Symptoms come and go. Some people never even have symptoms, I didn't. Perfectly normal

I'm soooo confused with your post so please try to clarify what it is your saying.  Are you pregnant? Cause you said your 3weeks and 3 days but then you said AF is due by then you said you had a positive test so I have no idea what your trying to say here.
