"BODY GOALS"🌚




Soo a few days ago a young woman posted a body goals post that got a lot of comments and I just thought why not post my experiences and thoughts on the subject my name is Jahaira and I'm 17 years old and I didn't struggle with losing weight I struggled with gaining weight I live down south and there are alotta girls with alotta body and alotta weight and no matter what I ate the weight would just come right off its due to my fast metabolism so I started looking up ways to gain weight and slow down my metabolism because I was tired of being so small I weighted 105 and im again 17 so I came across A vitamin syrup called apetamin it makes you super hungry and super sleepy it also slows down your metabolism alot so you can retain the weight and since then I gained around 10 pounds from just just eating alot more and also drinking ensures high in calories and eating almonds from krogers..body goals go both ways not just with losing weight alot of people on here who do way alot more than me would be my body goals because I did at one point feel to small then I got even smaller from day to day stress and school So again body goals can go both ways you may feel to big or to small but in someone elses eyes you may be perfect just be sure that you are happy in your skin whether that be gaining or losing weight ❤️self-love is key 🤗💋. First two pics are my weight gain and last two are before my weight gain it may not look like much too you all but to me I see so many changes ❣️.
