Milk supply dried up today??? Need advice.

I was producing great for the first few days to the point where my boobs were soaking through breast pads and I was easily pumping 2 oz per breast each time. I have been so exhausted and busy the past three days that I haven't eaten one real meal. Today my baby nursed a ton and I went to pump and realized both breasts were completely dry. If this is just from not eating and I get back to regular meals should my milk supply come back? Or did I do something irreparable? I'm honestly so upset right now. Thankfully I have one small case of formula to get through the night but I really need advice on how to get the milk flowing again..
