Recently found out I'm pregnant I'm excited but so scared my last pregnancy in 2015 didn't last too long due to a miscarriage I don't want to get my hopes up just to be disappointed again my heart is torn is there any mommies out there that went thru something similar? If so PLEASE share stories ! I need some positive thoughts.
