I like sleeping on my stomach when im on my period. Left side no matter what the time of month is better for digestion though

However u are comfortable sleeping. Theres no right way or wrong way.  If u wear pads, make sure u get the overnight ones , that way u don't leak though.  If u wear a tampon,  make sure u change it at least once in 8 hours.

Currently on mine but between a torn rotator cuff and throwing my back out last night, I sleep however I can get comfortable. When I'm not injuried I sleep as I normally do.. Half stomach half side.

I move around to what's comfy. I like to throw a towel down under me though or wear spandex shorts with a night time pad, holds it closer to the body and then there's less chance on leaking
