I haven't talked to him but if we ever get married I do want to get married at church and do God's plan, but apparently in this situation, the couple has to promise that their children will receive the religion of the church they get married at. I want my kids to be Catholic because I feel I will be able to lead and guide them more than his dad, but who knows. Maybe he wants to lead them to Christianity. I wouldn't want this to affect us, God is the same for both of us and we believe. Has anyone done a mixed marriage? What was the outcome? I know my family will be mad if I switch religions and I wouldn't want too either, I don't want to force my boyfriend. It's just our kids.
