Weight loss support group and journey
I think it would be awesome if we could all share our Weight loss journeys... I'm trying to loss 60pounds to be healthier for my 2 kids.
I don't eat very much (I sacrifice my food so my kids can eat) , I drink lots of water/tea/powdered lemonade, I've been soda pop free for a month ... I also have a gym membership.. I also drink infused water .
I don't have a workout partner so motivation is difficult especially with my anxiety and depression.
So let's be each other's motivation and positive feedback :)
