vitex?

Thoughts on vitex had a missed misscarriage on the 1st April.....had d and c 5 days later.....been 7.5 wks and still waiting for af 😩.....so frustrating any advice.....turned 38 in march and am worried time is running out for me.....

I use it to regulate my cycle but I've heard it can take a while.  I have been taking a couple months and it's definitely helping with the timing and the flow of my cycle

I'm trying vitex for the first time this cycle and from bbt I think I should get a positive opk today and ovulate tomorrow which is cycle day 17 for me and way earlier than the last two cycles when I ovulated day like 21 & 23. Also a lil tmi but have had more egg white cm this month too!

I'm so sorry for your loss xx I can't give any advise on your situation but I has success with vitex to turn my cycle around ( from bleeding at full moon to bleeding at new moon! Honest) and regulate it and it helped with the cycle it's self with flow,pain , clots .
