This has nothing to do with pregnancy it ttc. I just need some help!

3 nights ago I was arrested for DUI... But here's what happen.... I got off work at 8:30pm ish, on my way home a deer ran out in front of me and I swerved and got my car stuck in a mud ditch, literally 2 mins down the street from my house. I couldn't get it out, so I got pissed off and walked home. A few hours later after I had a few drinks, I walked down to my car to try to get it out of the mud ditch again, it didn't work. I called my room mate and told him what happen, he came up and tried to help me, but it didn't work. He called 911 because he didn't know it happen hours earlier, he thought it happened right then and there. So police and ambulance and tow truck came. And the police arrested me for DUI..... My question is, is this case beatably!!! Because they didn't see me driving, and the accident happened hours ago when I was sober. They can't prove I was drinking and driving witch I wasn't! What do you guys think? Think I can beat this case?
