Ok ladies....time for the first step! Advice please!
I think I'm ready to stop taking my BC pill after 10 years. I'm nervous and scared bc idk how my body will react. I'm currently not TTC, and I'm scared to death to even try and of becoming a mother. So I thought why not just take the first step of getting rid of the pill and going from there. I'm 30 now and started the pill when I was 19, so over 10 yrs. I remember having god awful cramps and leg aches before the pill and my periods were always clotty and heavy at times. Soooo not looking forward that and I'm sure it will be like that again 😣🔪.
I'll start from there and work my way up to TTC when I feel it's the right time. Do you ladies have any advice for coming off the pill? I'm suppose to start a new pack today, my last pack I have on hand, should I just not take them, or should I talk to my Dr. about it first? Or do I even need to talk to my Dr about it right now?
Any advice at all would be great, or any suggestions or even your own personal stories/experiences. Thanks!!! 😊
