First Pregnancy HELPP !

How in the heck can I make my stuffy nose better? I know it happens through the whole pregnancy sometimes I just need a remedy to calm it down , I was rushed to the hospital at 2am for this because I literally COULDNT BREATHE! No oxygen in or out of either nostril and I breath and talk through my nose. Crazy right? Helpp
