did I mess up?

I didn't get a chance to BD on ovulation day or the few days following. Did I mess up? Has anyone else missed ovulation day and got a BFP? I've been trying to conceive for 4 months, I even think last month I had a phantom pregnancy because I wanted it so bad. My period came 10 days late, and I had pregnancy symptoms. I just hope I get my BFP this cycle.

You're good! The last time I was pregnant, we had sex 5 days before ovulation.

My hubby and i don't see eachother due to opposite schedules and shifts. we bd the day before and the day after ovulation and it was fine for us. According to my due date and ultrasound age, we got pregnant the night before my positive opk so idk how that worked but lol. Sperm can live up to 3-5 days inside you so you are good :)

The month I got pregnant we only BD two times because I got the flu. You don't have to have sex every day to conceive. You may want to use an OPK next cycle (if this one doesn't work) because my actual ovulation did not line up with Glow's predictions.
