no period due to breastfeeding?

My daughter was born in December 2016, and I didn't get my period until April 20, 2017. I was mostly formula feeding her at the time, and now I'm mostly breastfeeding and my period is 8 days late... I'm just wondering if I could be pregnant again or did the increased breastfeeding mess up my cycle? Thanks for any help or advice!

My first normal flowing period after having DD (Jan '16) was in Nov '16, BFP in Dec '16 with another bundle

Could be either way. Definitely test. I got my cycle back at 11 months postpartum but it took 8 months to regulate.

LAM only works if the child is six months or younger, breastfed every 4 hours during the day & every 6 hours at night, and your period has not returned.
