I ovulated yesterday 100% for sure. As I'm taking femara and only being my first cycle it HSS fine wonders I knew by my ewcm I was ovulating so I took a test and sure enough it was positive and I had the worse left side cramps of my life. So now its the dreaded tww I hate this part. As I've miscarried 3 times in the last year. So Now I'm on femara and progesterone to help me not miscarry so please if anyone else is also in there tww I'd like to chat and have some ladies get through this time together
