Walking
So, before I found out, I would walk up to 5 miles a day. Just like speed walking. No running or jogging. But then I started feeling like poo. Took a test and yelp preggo. I'm now at the 5 week mark, and getting more energy back. Is it okay to walk again? Not 5 miles at once (it's got as Hades here). But work my way back up.
