My OB said everything is good in moderation. Women in Japan eat sushi all throughout their pregnancies, and they have perfectly healthy babies. Don't get gas station sushi, but sushi from your trusted spot is good. I ate some yesterday actually, and I'm 12 weeks.

I eat lunch meats regardless.

I've eaten sushi, deli meats and all that the entire pregnancy and I'm now 39 weeks. With sushi it's just about going to a good place , I still have it every few weeks . I haven't cut anything completely out except alcohol obviously

Lunch meat is OK as long as you heat it to kill any bacteria.

I ate deli meat all through my first pregnancy and I'm 15 weeks into my 2nd and I freakin love fresh deli meat. Fry it with some eggs yum yum lol.

No undercooked or raw eggs, all veges should be washed, no ham or other deli foods, no fish thats high in mercury and some say no nuts aswell.

It all depends on the dr. I had 3 friends pregnant at the same time and one of their drs said no deli meat and the other one said it's fine. Both babies were born healthy and still are.

Everything in moderation. You can actually eat raw fish, just avoid the high mercury fish like tuna and yelllowtail. I spoiled myself with a spicy tuna roll last week and I'm seven weeks😊🍣
