I also have hypothyroidism, I take medication everyday. I got pregnant no problem just being monitored to ensure I am taking proper dosage.

Get it treated first, thyroid issues can cause miscarriages or inability to conceive at all.

You can conceive...as long as your levels are where they need to be, especially your TSH. Make sure you're seeing your endocrinologist and are keeping up with labs and treatment. Tell your endo you are trying to conceive and they will let you know if your levels are where they should be or how you can get your levels to where they need to be. Best of luck!
