When do you start your baseline?

I stop my BC pill on Monday, and my scheduled baseline is Friday. But I read that some people wait for AF to come before going in. What if I get my AF on Thursday instead?

My last bcp will be June 30 and my baseline is scheduled for July 5

I started my period 2 days after I stopped the BCP and had my baseline ultrasound on cycle day 4 of my period. They do the baseline to check your lining and hormone levels and to see how many follicles you have before you start STIMS. I started STIMS the following day after the baseline.
