Weekly Baby Bump Apps?

Does anyone have an app that they can recommend where you can take a picture and add text and pictures like symtoms, baby size, cravings onto the picture?   I've seen come cool things on Pineterest but there are so many app options

I use baby story as well but just went with the free version. This is what mine have looked like.

My app is called baby story. I didn't play too much yet but bought the entire app which I believe was $3-5, but you can download and use some of the inserts for free. I contemplated it for a little while and looked at some other apps I could find that were initially free to download so I could look at it first before putting money towards it. Here's when I was 10 weeks. Didn't want too much since the tapestry is in the background.

Photofy has stuff like this but not all of them are free you have to pay for the " baby package" for most of the really cute stuff also there is Baby Pics one you pay for and one free one :)
