2 days period. ..

I need to know if I could be pregnant. I had a vvfl on 13dpo, I missed af on d due date(I'm very very regular) af came after one day late and was medium flow but dark brownish color just for 2 days and little spotting on 3rd day and I'm always 5 days flowing. No sore breast but I've been crampy and nauseous with back pain. What do I do please
