baby rash? HELP!

He keeps getting these red bumps. They don't seem to hurt him or itch him and they go away within a day but then more show up. What could this be? Should I be concerned?
He's 2 weeks old.

It could be from something he is sensitive to in his milk. My baby was really sensitive to dairy in my breastmilk as a newborn so I had to cut it out for months.  Then when we starting supplementing with formula we had to try many many brands and recipes before we found one he didn't break out with! Similac sensitive is either low lactose or lactose free and that's where we ended up.

Newborn rash. Most babies that get it, develop it right after birth, but some babies get it 2-4 weeks after birth. Totally harmless, nothing to worry about.

Looks like something that her skin is coming in contact with. So be mindful of what you have on your hands/skin/clothes...laundry detergent, lotions, soaps, makeup, perfume, etc..Also what products you use on your baby.

You should use fragrance free stuff on your baby and be mindful of what you put on your skin because baby will be touching your skin
