how to do my baby girls nursery with blue carpetšŸ¤”

We are fixing to be renting a new house and it has light blue carpet how do I decorate my baby girls nursery much less my whole house. šŸ˜© any suggestions? Because I'm lost and don't even know where to begin. Pictures of ideas would be great also.
