I had a emergency c section 11 months ago and im due in November my Dr said I will need another with this pregnancy.any one deliver natural the 2nd time after having a emergency c section and with baby 1 I didn't dilate past 3 cm after 11 hours

If you really want to try again I would talk to your doctor more about why he recommending a section. My first was an emergency section-- after days of induction I had finally dilated but he still really hadn't dropped, and when dr was in there for the section he realized my pelvic bone was never going to let a baby through. Regardless of if you have a similar situation, or if your doctor just isn't comfortable with a vbac you can at least get a better idea of the risks for you specifically and decide if you want to find a doctor who will try for natural again or not.

VBAC has a lot of risk that most doctors will not risk for you and your baby. The way the doctors see it is if you had such trouble the first time why put you and the baby at risk and go through stressful labor when the outcome most likely will be the same result. Most doctors will consider VBAC if the cause of the cesarean initially was due to a specific issue with that baby. Example it was breach or the cord was wrapped around it beck or something of that nature. I heard there are doctors that will preform VBAC but you have to search. I personally can not deliver naturally so I'll will be having my 3rd cesarean. Good luck with everything and do your research, it's worth it.

You can likely have a VBAC. I didn't progress with my first either and according to my doctor that's not a reason for repeat c-sections since it is particular to that pregnancy only.  It could be that this specific provider just doesn't like to perform them. I had to do research and find which hospitals were VBAC friendly and go from there. The hospital I'll be delivering at is 40 mins from my home but the hospital 5 mins away from me was anti-vbac so it's worth it. I've found that the large teaching hospitals/trauma centers promote VBACs but smaller/less resourceful hospitals do not. Good luck.

Around here in wisconsin doctors are pushing VBACS more, I know ultimately there is a .8% chance of your uterus rupturing so less than 1%, with yours being closer together there could be a higher risk. And honestly with your first 11 hours at 3cm is normal, I was in labor for 36 hours with my first. They should have just sent you home, especially not even being 4cm.

Nearly a year between delivery and conceiving? I'd get a second opinion if you really want to try for a VBAC. Providers and their supper for VBAC vary greatly, barring there is no serious issues.
