Can't hide it😫

For some reason, my mom ALWAYS knows when I'm on my period. I either leak, leave blood on the toilet by accident, or get it on the towel or something. Every time I have my period it's my ultimate goal for my mom not to find out, because she always comments on it and it makes me feel super uncomfortable. Any tips to being more discrete?
