I don't want my ex to take my son please help.
Anybody out there that has had this same or similar issue ? My ex is taking me to court telling the state that I'm a bad mother which is completely untrue and he has never wanted to take care of him until I left because he tried to beat me up back in march this year- I'm trying to figure out if I can be granted full custody for my son and have my ex only have supervised visitations. He's not on his medication and it shows.. please anything opinions/child court facts/ helps. 
Update; he hasn't asked to see enzo for two weeks now and he works from 6am-5pm so he can see him whenever he wants plus has the whole weekend to see him. Will this help me in court by him not even wanting to see him? Also he brings his parents along the five times he Did see him because his parents are Obsessed with their first grandson and they pay more attention to enzo than he does.. but he's never seen his son by himself and keeps telling the case worker he's "scared of me" when He's the one that has abused me for the past four years ! He's trying to flip the script it's making me sick what he's doing to our family. I tried to keep us a family but I can't anymore I'm tired of getting hurt and cheated on 😞
