Was the 4 month sleep regression as bad as you heard it would be?

My daughter regressed at 4 months and still hasn't gone back... she'll be 11 months this week 😭 she was never really a good sleeper anyway though.

He went from sleeping in 3 hour increments to 2. So his sleep was never great to begin with..
