Hey guys I was taking a shower and slipped and fell straight on my stomach on the over side of tub. Do I need to go get looked at or do you think the baby is okay?

Called the answering service and they said for me to go to labor and delivery they want to do blood work uktrasound and monitor me and baby for a while to make sure everything is okay. Please say a prayer this is my rainbow baby
