Ring worm or bite mark??

I picked up my son today from daycare and when I got home I noticed this on his face. It kind of looks like a bite mark, but nobody said anything or made me sign an accident report. It does look a bit like ringworm, but if it is this will be the 2nd time he's gotten that since being in the toddler room.. I'm so frustrated😠
