anyone else diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidium/ severe morning sickness?

I'm in ER for round 2 of iv fluids after almost passing out. My heart rate jumps when I go from sitting to standing and I'm extremely dehydrated. I've lost some weight too. I can't stomach anything and I've tried lots of otc remedies and 2 naseua meds. What helps you ladies?!?!

I'm currently almost 6 weeks with my second and doing ok. but with my first I was diagnosed with HG. I vomited nearly 29 times a date from 6 weeks-22weeks, multiple IV fluid infusions and lost 25 lbs in my first trimester. I refused zofran due to its potential for issues and my own personal anxieties with it. the only thing I could manage was taking Dramamine and sleeping whenever I could (Which was hard when working full Time) however the Dramamine made me tired enough that I would eat in the evening and fall asleep before I could throw up. it worked enough to keep some calories in. I noticed the more tired I was the worse I was. I'm sorry you're going through this! As someone who has been there (and is hoping I don't revisit with this pregnancy) i know the struggle is real!

Bit better now at 33w5d
Hospital fluids etc. 
I was on zofran. It helped a little bit.  
Tried everything and to be honest nothing took it away fully.  
Small snacks every hour or two helped a bit but even water made me vomit.  Still does now but Ive learnt to literally force myself to not vomit. 
Lost lots of weight earlier on and have gained 11 kilos now in month 8. (Carrying twins )
Not easy but it gets a little bit easier hun.

I had it with baby 1 from 6-15 weeks. Lots of IVs and crying :( diclegis helped around week 12 by taking the edge off but nothing more

Have it again with baby 2 started at 5 weeks - reglan, Zofran, diclegis, nothing helped in the worst weeks. Lost 10lbs in a week (140 starting weight) and lots of IVs again.

Now 13 weeks and starting to eat and drink. Found ice water helps me.

I truly believe there should be emotional support groups for HG survivors. It's such an isolating, debilitating and horrific experience. We are the lucky 1% :(

I had it with my last pregnancy which wasn't viable for other reasons. I was hospitalized with low blood pressure, low sugar levels and severe dehydration. I was given 5 IV bags as well as a bag of nausea medicine and a popsicle. When I went to my OB the next day she gave me dilegis (spelling?) and it worked and she also mentioned it didn't have bad side effects like the other one that starts with a Z? I was also told I had a huge chance of getting it again with my next pregnancies and I haven't had an ounce of sickness this time around. Fingers crossed for you! Hope you feel better because it seriously is an awful illness! Good luck

I was diagnosed with HG and suffered from it between 9.5 and 22 weeks. Nothing helped, no medication nor natural remedies. I'm now 33 eeeks and I'm back to all day nausea, vomiting and heartburn. I honestly can't wait till this pregnancy is over!! I have had to suck it up for months now but I'm exhausted and extremely emotional. I cry everyday because I can't find any relief.

I'm being threatened at work that I'll be fired for poor attendance over this and I just got the job right before I found out I was even pregnant. I'm on probationary period at work before I can join union and they made me sign on an extra 30 days on probation in case they want to fire me still. After leaving 15m into my shift today (and rightfully so according to doc) I'm about to be terminated. I have things I need to pay for. I'm beyond stressed. Doctors notes don't hold up with them.

i had it with my first baby until probably 18 weeks! i took unisom and vitamin b6, wore seabandz, drank lots of sprite, lemon water, and ate crackers. i lost a bit of weight, had to go to the hospital. i'm 7 weeks with #2 and taking unisom and b6 as preventative measures this time and have only vomited once. hope you feel better 💖

Zofran twice a day and also not eating and drinking at the same time. When I eat I can't drink water or I'll feel super sick

It's so hard. I'm due month after you. My doctor gave me zofran. And b6. And Tylenol and 2 bags at same time iv. Only ate applesauce and cola. And little water. Ugh!
