pool , cramps hips side ??
Went to the pool today with my 4 year old but first time since found out I'm pregnant. I'll be 8weeks next week and omg I'm now feeling aches in my back and hips . Was fine before. Aches aren't extreme but has this happen to anyone else? Early pregnancy ? Pregnancy at all! I thought swimming was good for pregnancy.
